October 13 2026 AI bug report, Euro-Office, UniFi AC Mesh

Bernie had received a bug report about his INDI terminal program partly or wholly generated by Claude; the report was nicely set out showing where he had inadvertently used parentheses instead of brackets and assessing that the bug would not affect the program not least because of the default option he had included in the program.

Bernie gave a demonstration of the Python dictionary which contains key:value pairs. If you call a key which does not exist, you get a blank value.

Brian mentioned the launch of Euro-Office which is intended to free Europe from reliance on Microsoft Office.

Steve shared how he is using the UniFi AC AP in a UniFi AC Mesh to handle multiple wi-fi connections using 802.3 POE.
